Warranty and Return Policy
At Mac Hub, we stand behind the quality of our Mac parts and guarantee that they will meet or exceed the performance of comparable spare parts with the same specifications, particularly in durability, structure, and fit.
All brand-new spare parts are covered by a comprehensive 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidental damage, or intentional harm.
Used parts carry a limited warranty ranging from 3 months to no warranty at all, depending on their condition. All goods are deemed to have been received in good condition upon completion of the purchase. Replacement of faulty items will only be carried out within the applicable warranty period.
Mac Hub will consider refunds, credits, or replacements for returned items under the following conditions:
- Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.
- The Mac Hub label sticker must remain intact and must not be removed, altered, or damaged without prior written consent.
- Faulty goods returned for refund or replacement will undergo testing and evaluation, which may take up to 3 working days. Approval will be granted after inspection is complete. In some cases, the customer’s device may be required for accurate diagnostics.
- Replacement parts will retain the original warranty period from the initial purchase date.
- Incorrectly supplied items must be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, replacement, or credit, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
- A 20% handling fee applies to returns of correctly supplied, non-defective goods within 7 days, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
- A 30% handling fee applies to similar returns made between 7 and 30 days after purchase.
- No refunds or credits will be issued after 30 days. Beyond this period, only defective items under warranty will be replaced. If a product is discontinued and no equivalent replacement is available, a refund or credit may be issued at Mac Hub’s discretion.
After 30 days and within the warranty period, only replacements for faulty items will be provided. If stock is available, replacements may be issued immediately after inspection. Otherwise, replacement parts can be ordered, with an estimated lead time of 2–3 weeks (up to 21 days).
As a goodwill gesture, Mac Hub may offer existing customers with out-of-warranty items the option to repurchase the same product at a 50% discount within 12 months of the original invoice date. This is subject to stock availability, exchange rates, and current market pricing, and remains at Mac Hub’s discretion.
Special Conditions for Returns and Replacements
- Returned items will be inspected prior to approval.
- Items must not show any physical damage.
- Items must be in original, saleable condition and packaging.
- The original tax invoice must be provided.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
For payments made via card, online payment systems, or ATM deposits, transaction or processing fees incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable. Mac Hub reserves the right to retain a portion of the original payment to cover these costs.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty will be void if:
- The product has been damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, fire, theft, or improper application.
- The product has been disassembled, altered, or repaired without written authorization from Mac Hub.
- The Mac Hub warranty label has been removed or tampered with.
- Special items such as batteries and chargers are returned without their original barcoded packaging.
Shipping Policy
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Mac Hub does not cover return shipping or redelivery costs unless it is proven that the incorrect item was supplied or the product was faulty within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for inspecting parcels upon delivery. Signing for the parcel confirms receipt in good condition, and Mac Hub will not accept liability for damages reported afterward.
