Returns Policy

At Mac Parts, we strive to provide high-quality Apple replacement parts and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
    • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • Returns must include all accessories, manuals, and original receipts or proof of purchase.
    • Custom orders and special request items are non-returnable unless defective.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • Opened or used batteries
    • Screen protectors and adhesive products
    • Items that have been installed, damaged, or modified
    • Software or digital products
  3. Return Process
    • Contact our customer support at sales@macparts.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
    • A return authorization (RA) number will be provided.
    • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method at your expense.
    • Once received and inspected, we will process your return within 5-7 business days.
  4. Restocking Fee
    • A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.

Refund Policy

We aim to make the refund process as smooth as possible. Below are the guidelines:

  1. Refund Eligibility
    • Approved returns for unused and unopened items will be refunded to the original payment method.
    • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  2. Processing Time
    • Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
    • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for funds to reflect in your account.
  3. Partial Refunds
    • If the returned item is not in its original condition or missing components, only a partial refund may be granted.
