Returns Policy
At Mac Parts, we strive to provide high-quality Apple replacement parts and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Returns must include all accessories, manuals, and original receipts or proof of purchase.
- Custom orders and special request items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used batteries
- Screen protectors and adhesive products
- Items that have been installed, damaged, or modified
- Software or digital products
- Return Process
- Contact our customer support at sales@macparts.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- A return authorization (RA) number will be provided.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method at your expense.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your return within 5-7 business days.
- Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
Refund Policy
We aim to make the refund process as smooth as possible. Below are the guidelines:
- Refund Eligibility
- Approved returns for unused and unopened items will be refunded to the original payment method.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Processing Time
- Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
- Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for funds to reflect in your account.
- Partial Refunds
- If the returned item is not in its original condition or missing components, only a partial refund may be granted.
- Exchange Policy
